Running applications remotely?

There's a poor ole eMac in my network that could benifit greatly from such a thing. I believe what I am looking for is called Remote Application Integrated Locally otherwise known as RAIL. Is there a easy point-and-click method to accomplish this?

RAIL is microsoft windows, not osx.

Running X11 apps over SSH is possible
