Running battery down first time

Sorry if this is a noob question (and yes, I searched on Mroogle, but I only found things for the iPad) but...

Just ordered a new i5 15" MBP and I was wondering if I should run the battery down to zero on its out of the box charge (before my first charge) to give it a healthy battery life?
