Running Command Promp On Startup With Sleepwatcher

I need some help on making a command prompt run with sleep watcher I have installed sleep watcher. My next step would be setting it up so that sleep watcher would execute a command script. Could someone show me how I would do that or an example like running a script that makes the mac say "Welcome back"?
