I dont use windows too much on my macbook, but when I do I would like to have it hooked up to a second monitor or tv. I cant seem to get it to display on my tv however. I am using a mini-dvi - dvi adapter also plugged into and hdmi to dvi adapter. It works through osx, but not through windows. Is there anything special that needs to be done to run dual monitors in windows?
