Below is one requirement that Apple has for Final Cut Studio. I do not have a graphics card and I will not buy one is there a way to run FCS without the graphics card??? (I do not have FCS right now)

An AGP or PCI Express Quartz Extreme graphics card (Final Cut Studio is not compatible with integrated Intel graphics processors)

What?

You don't need a graphics card to run FCP?

I use FCP 2 and a lot of Live Type. I will be using Motion and Color in the near future, I have the standard graphics card in my Mac Pro Dual Core 2.66, 5 gigs of RAM and 1 TB of memory and 1 TB of external memory.

Would an upgrade in a graphics card help improve anything in the FCP 2 package?

I want to also speed up the rendering time. What can I add?

Are you going to run it on your Mini? The PPC Mini's did have a dedicated graphics card, although I don't know if the Mini as a whole meets the system requirements.
