Running jailbroken 4.0 software, want to update.

So I am running my ip4 using 4.0 which is jailbroken. I want to update using to whatever ios is currently available and that can be jailbroken. Can someone please help me with this, or point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Iclarified has all the tutorials. need shsh blobs for anything but 4.3.4 enjoy.
