The XBOX 360 (original model) has a 3.0GHz tri-core PPC processor and some nice video card. It would be interesting to try and use it as a very fast PC.

Since it is PPC, it seems like you'd be able to run Leopard on it. I'm assuming you can't just swap the hard drives and go. Are there any hacks out there for this? I couldn't find anything on Google.

I happen to have a semi-broken XBOX 360 that my brother's friend gave him.

This has been asked so many times. The answer is still no. Just because it's a PPC chip doesn't mean it can run Mac OS X. The two rovers are Mars are PPC based, does that mean they can also run Mac OS X? Nope.

What? Are you sure? Well Hmmmph. The next time I'm up there I'll check. Do those rovers have usb ports?
