I'm running Mojave wonderfully on my Metal capable card, however I'd also like to run a NON-Metal card in addition to my main Metal capable card. I've read of a few folks in the Hackintosh space and even non-supported Macs space that are seemingly able to work with a config without Metal capable cards.

Does this take some special configuration or can a secondary card work fine after the installation phase is all wrapped up?

Youd still need to patch support for these older cards. Otherwise they wont load

Yes, thanks! I tested it out without any patching and found that the NON-Metal card will draw and be primary, but will just show the loading screen and my Metal card will not show anything (even though the OS and window manager and all apps are actually launching as I hear sound effects leading me to know this).

What is the patching that's required?
