Playing Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, Looks great on my MBP. Graphics set to highest setting no problems at all with that. BUT there is combat lag, that's only for 0.5 seconds in the beginning of battle and after you kill all the aggressors but not during. I've read on different forums that it is due to a sound issue, more specific different music starts playing during combat. Most users had it fixed by upgrading their crappy sound cards, or reinstalling their codecs.
Oh and already know that you can change one of the .ini files in the game to have music turned off. I want to ask whoever proposed that "Have you played Oblivion? The music is amazing, that's one of the great things about it. Why would I turn it off?!"

So, how can I fix this on my MBP?
