I installed it yadda yadda.

Jeff-Hintzes-Computer:~ jeffhintze$ cd /users/jeffhintze/program
Jeff-Hintzes-Computer:/users/jeffhintze/program jeffhintze$ ./soffice
/users/jeffhintze/program/soffice.bin X11 error: Can't open display:
Set DISPLAY environment variable, use -display option
or check permissions of your X-Server
(See "man X" resp. "man xhost" for details)

I'm missing man pages for "x" and "xhost." Yeah, I'm pretty shi^H^H^H^Hbad with the command line, too. So, I can use some help please?

edit: Awesome! Thanks, therevolution. :D

Run /Applications/Utilities/X11, and open OpenOffice from the terminal window that opens up within X11.
