When I added a Windows 7 Boot Camp I only selected 50 Mg of disk space I have only 2 mg left can I Increase the available space? Will I have to reinstall Windows, and all the other prgs and files? I have 475 Mg free in my Imac HD

What the hell is 'Mg'?

You mean GB don't you?

You cannot resize a Boot Camp partition. You can only remove it and then create a new larger Boot Camp partition.

So yes, you must reinstall Windows.
 
I'd recommend getting a product called winclone. You can then backup your bootcamp partition, delete it, recreate it to the size you need it to be, and then use winclone to restore the back up.

Be sure to read their instructions for resizing the bootcamp partition.
