Running PHP script in the background on boot

I recently went back to Mac and I'm wondering if I can get a little help with something. I have a PHP script that I want to run hidden (in the background) on startup. At the moment I can execute the script using Terminal but I'd rather have a way that does it automatically and without showing the cli window. What would be the best way to do this?
