Running Safari & Chrome

Dumb question; I know! But, here goes.

I would like to run most everything with Safari, but would like to install Chrome for some web operations, primarily on-line accounting. Is this possible, or must I choose one or the other?

You can use both. You can install and use as many different browsers as you like.
