Is it bad to go from rendering to gaming to cryptography work to Xcode, and loading the machine to near 100% for hours at a time? I ask because I do.

nah man! Rock yo machine out! That's what they're made for! They are definitely made for more than browsing the internet and watching Netflix, which a lot of people spend $3K to do
