Running TVAnts (or similar p2p program) on a 10.3.9?

With the baseball season starting up, I was hoping to be able to watch some out of market games online. I have researched for the past few hours on possible solutions, but continually run into problems with my old operating system. Does anyone know of solutions to this or use tvants or related software on panther? Any other programs where one can watch tv on 10.3.9? I already know of livestation...no thanks...
