alright so yesterday a friend gave me a brand new copy of Windows 10 Home, and i decided to put it to use through bootcamp. the install and setup went great, and windows loaded normally and is working fine. HOWEVER, the resolution when running windows takes a nose dive and everything is blurry and awful looking. it is still useable, its just frustrating. when using OS X, the display looks fantastic and is clear and sharp. just wondering if anyone else has had this issue? i have tried everything i can think of from playing with the resolution settings in windows, my monitor settings, text size, to display accommodations and accessibility. so far nothing has changed. i would really like to use the Windows side of my Mac for gaming but with its current state that will not be possible. if anyone has any suggestions PLEASE PLEASE let me know!
P.S. i am using an HP N270h 27" monitor with a nvidia 8800GT graphics card. the computer is a Mac Pro 3.1 running El Capitan 10.11.6

so I got the graphics thing figured out, turns out I needed to update the drivers for the graphics card. now I have another problem: with the volume turned all the way up on the computer and the volume all the way up on my desktop speakers, I can maybe hear what is equivalent to 5% volume level. I'm super stumped on this one. any suggestions are appreciated.
