Running windows on a macbook white?

Hi, I need to run a program to enable me to remap my cars ECU via the cars OBD port:

Is there anyway to run windows on my macbook or am I looking at getting a cheap used windows machine just for this purpose? I'd rather sort something out on my mac if possible but have no idea how to do it

I've got a 2008 macbook white, software is version 10.6.8
