Quick question for anyone running with this combo. I am in the process of setting up my first custom workout in iSmoothRun and noticed that I can set an interval to end at the press of the lap button. Now this makes perfect sense to me on a Garmin, but what is the lap button considered on AW3?

I can't answer your question as I don't use that function. Just wanted to point you in the direction of the iSmoothRun facebook page. The developer answers questions pretty quickly.

Just in case no one here can answer your question, the FB page could be a good backup choice.

Good call, thanks! I sent something through the feedback via the iSmoothRun app and hadn’t heard back, though to be fair, I did just send it yesterday and it is the weekend.

In the iSmoothRun iPhone app, go to settings/displays/Apple Watch. The page should look like my attachment. Change the setting at the bottom so that “crown&button press” is set to “lap” rather than start/pause.

Of course, this means you’ll have to rely on auto pause or the touchscreen for start/pause, but that’s how you do what you’re looking to do.

Perfect, thanks so much!

Does anyone use iSmoothrun with timer intervals? I like to have a run/walk combo and can see when the timer switches on the watch but there doesn’t seem to be any related haptics or vibration. Is there a way to turn this on?

Thanks!
