I know there are a ton of running apps out there. I usually run on a treadmill though. I know some apps are geared towards mapping your route.
Will these apps still log how far I have gone, etc if I am stationary? If so which one do it? Sometimes, when the weather breaks, I may run outside... but not always?

I don't think any of them can track indoor distance. Why don't you just look as the display on the treadmill to determine how far you've gone?
