Im still confused.

If I wanna use RX 570 on Mac Pro, do I have to do anything like fixing kext OR does it work right away once I install it without any modification? Im using High Sierra but planning to move to Mojave.

It's like this. An RX570 may work, and likely will. But you need to check with the card manufacturer or other users of the exact same card to know for sure.

If it is known to work in your model Mac Pro, then all you have to do is physically install the card in your Mac and then install Mojave. No drivers or kernel extensions are needed.

I see. Im getting MSI ARMOR OC RX 570 8gb btw.

From what I understand, even if it's not officially named supported, it's possible the only thing you'll lose is the apple logo during start up if not supported but in the rx 560-590 or vega family.

That said, I don't see why you won't just get a sapphire rx 580 if you were looking for peace of mind.
