s+arck mouse question

I have the ms s+arck mouse.

Is there a way to programme the scroll wheel as a 3rd button?

Ideally i would like it to open expose.

I've heard (somewhere on these forums) that the Mighty Mouse software works for other mouses.
Any truth in the rumour?
And where do i get the software?

EDIT:
I've found the answer I'm looking for. I didn't realise you could assign mouse actions to expose in the system preferences.
