S-ATA controller?

i'm upgrading g4 450mhz (sawtooth), and i got wd raptor hdd for free.
is there any pci S-ATA controller card that i can use, and will i gain
any speed boost?

I've just ordered FirmTek SeriTek/1S2, 2-port Serial ATA Host Adapter from http://www.firewire-revolution.de/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=192 So, in a week or two i'll be able to answer my previous question...
