S-ata I, Ii, Iii?

Hi folks,

I've been having the "SSD jitters" for a while now, but I haven't bought anything jet, because I wanted to wait for top speed... Just now I realized, that my MacBook only have a S-ATA I controller, so max speed is 150 mb/s.

I guess that means, that I don't have to wait any longer because this speed boundary have been crossed a while ago, but then another thing sprung to mind:
Do anybody know what S-ATA controller is in the aluminium MacBook?
And do people think that they will be upgraded in the future?
