iPhone S L O W, iOs 13 Safari app!

This started last night, 3/24. Safari on iPhone XS XL, iOs 13. It’s sudden become VERY slow to the point of being unusable.

I’m posting on the Chrome, iOs app and I’m really not happy with that!!

Please advise?
