S.O.S!! My iPhone cant make or receive calls! and the speaker is doesnt function

Please Help i have mi iPhone, and was fine but now its said,"iPhone cant make or receive calls" please help me, oh an the espeaker do not function, only with headphones! help and thanks

I had this same issue last night. Follow the link for the Q-Tip method. This will get your speaker working, not sure about the error messages.
