S2209W Dell Monitor + PS3/XBOX360 possible?

So the S2209W Dell Mon. does not support HDMI, but is it possible to hook it up via HDMI to DVI-D cable or something? What should I be getting if I were trying to hook up a XBOX360 to the S2209W...?

Is there a difference between DVI-D to HDMI, DVI to HDMI, or w/e.
