S3 ceramic doesn't include charging station?

The series 2 ceramic watch came with the charging station that individually cost $80 at the Apple store. Looking at the Apple Store app, it seems the series 3 ceramic watch well priced similarly, does not include the charging station from last year. If that's true, that's a shame.
