Any reason why the S5 goes from 100% to empty when powered off, yet my old S0 only goes down 9% in the same period. I am not using my watch much, though might increase with lockdown lifting, but it’s very inconvenient having a fully charged watch losing its full charge very quickly.

S5 battery runs flat in a couple of days when turned off, S0 only losses 9%

I know how to turn it off thank you very much. I for one turn my watches off. Why leave it on if not planning to use if for a couple of days?
I had another issue the other day, it was stuck with the Apple logo on turn on. After 10 mins I did a forced reboot. Watch turned on ok, and I have noticed, since then the watch isn´t running the battery down anywhere as near as quickly as before when turned off.
