After updating to macOS, and safari 10, i noticed that when scrolling a page animation stutters when the pagescroll is slowing down. It's not consistent but it appears quite often. I doesn't have to do with extensions, after disabling Adblock (the only extension i was using) the stutter remains. It is more pronounced when scrolling up from the bottom of the page, at medium speed.
This anybody else notice it?
