Safari 11.1.2 - showing black bars under transparent pictures

Hello,
For some time Safari is showing me black bars under some transparent pictures like the star ratings in google search. And I don't know if it is related but some of my bookmarks show as empty space but the link is there if I click on it. Does anyone know what can I do to fix it?

I tried deleting safari extensions (I only have ADBlock), I tried safe mode - none seem to work.
