On High Sierra, it only offers 13 now. I have 11.

12 is offered on Sierra, but copying the .app to a High Sierra install doesn't work (the URL bar/toolbar don't appear).

Apple has removed the file. The link used to be:

You can still find the file here, however:

When you open the Installer package, click the lock in the title bar to see if it's really the unmodified version signed by Apple. (The certificate will probably have expired by now, but that's ok.)

Working link
Code:
http://swcdn.apple.com/content/downloads/08/16/061-45358/p8lr2qx138kf7ipu4ijh95n4la85jlycb9/Safari12.1.2Sierra.pkg
I've explained here how to find the new links https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...-store-to-update-safari.2203649/post-28325593
This installer successfully updates 11 to 12 on Sierra, and it 'installs' on High Sierra, the version is noted as 12, but Safari crashes on launch. I'll investigate your other post - I do have the High Sierra crash log for 12.1.2 if that would be useful?

I'm looking for the Safari 12(.1.2 preferably) installer for High Sierra

I'm also looking for the Safari 12.1.2 installer for High Sierra. So far I haven't found anything in the swcdn listings or elsewhere on the web. But I'll let you know if I find anything. Have you had any luck?

I was emailed an installer package from the Jamf forums and it's working well and seems reputable. PM me with your email and I'll forward it.

Upgraded from Yosemite to High Sierra I don't want Safari 13. Searching everywhere for Safari 12.1.2, tried to install the FileHorse one, don't do it, had to clean up my system, even downloaded Safari Technology Preview v73 but can't compile it 'cos don't have developer Preview edit account.

I have what appears to be a legitimate copy. Feel free to PM me your email.

Thanks a lot Mr_Brightside_@, found another way to have both: the most recent version of Safari and your desired version with Safari Technology Preview, in my case ended to be 11.2 'cos y want to use the old style Safari extensions.

Get the date and realease/version number of the best one suited to you:

The last version 12 for Mojave is Safari Technology Preview 79
The last version 12 for HighSierra is Safari Technology Preview 79
The last version 11 for HighSierra is Safari Technology Preview 57
The last version 11 for Sierra is Safari Technology Preview 56

Then in https://apple.stackexchange.com/que...or-older-safari-technology-preview-version-51
Use the Wayback Machine: answer by Orny, there you'll need to search back in time to get it.

If you only need release 79 https://web.archive.org/web/20190411093531/https://developer.apple.com/safari/download/

To install, You'll need to turn the computer clock back to 2019.

-edit-

Haven't tested if release 83 is the last version 12 for Mojave and release 82 is the last version 12 for HighSierra.

No, it does not. I'm glad you didn't install that. I'm really confused. When I used the link I posted, I got the original, unmodified copy of Safari. Probably the same one you later got from the Jamf forums.
I just clicked the link I posted again, and again I got the legitimate copy of Safari. It's a .pkg file, not a disk image like the one in your screenshot. Do you really get something else when you use my link?
