Running macOS 10.14.2, Safari 12.0.2 on a 12" Macbook. So everything should be up to date, but this has been happening for a few weeks.
Basically, Safari keeps "forgetting" that I've logged into certain websites. Specifically, two bank account websites, and my brokerage website. These are notable because they typically have tighter security, and automatically log you out after some period of time. But also require 2 factor authentication.
And that's how I know Safari has reset something - it prompts me to complete 2FA when I try to log in. And it happens all at once. That is, if one website logs out, they all do. Bank website, brokerage website, and even things like my bookmark manager and OneNote web clipper. When I go to save a link or clip a website using their Safari extension, it asks me to log in.
But what's weird is that some websites do not log out. Things like Facebook or reddit or Amazon stay logged in. Only certain ones get logged out. I don't know if that has to do with it deleting recent cookies or something?
Troubleshooting steps I've tried:
And yet 2 to 3 times a day, Safari will still log me out of all these sites. I'm not sure what to do anymore. Maybe I need to do a full reset of Safari? (assuming you can do such a thing) Or is it somehow possible that my iPhone is somehow linked? Are the Safari sessions linked at all? I don't think so, and I'm not sure how that would even work, but I'm just trying to brainstorm.
Any suggestions?

Troubleshooting steps I've tried:
- Made sure Safari and macOS are up to date
- Disabled all extensions. This includes two ad blockers / content blockers (Wipr and uBlock Origin), 1Password, Pocket, and OneNote
- Made sure that privacy preferences in Safari are most lenient
- Removed all cookies
- Emptied caches
