On an M1 Macbook Air. Updated to Safari 15 moments ago. Now it's impossible to login to my bank – Chase.com

I get an error message," It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now."

I can login to Chase.com with Microsoft Edge. Ugh. Annoying.

Works fine for me on iMac Pro in Safari and iPad. Also asks do I want to open in Chase app on iPad. Also why Microsoft Edge?

Confirmed for me as well. M1 Mac mini. Tried clearing cookies and caches, no change. I can login from same M1 Mac mini with FireFox. I get the same message are you reported.

Same issue here. works when I log in through Chrome but not Safari. Something's definitely up.

I can use Safari 15.0 on M1 Mac mini to log into my other bank and credit card accounts. So far, I am only having issues with Chase.

Ditto. Just tweeted at ChaseSupport. I'm sure we aren't the only ones having this issue.

Chase support answered my tweet, asked for some simple facts about my zip code and what I was experiencing and voila, I can now log in.

I confirm the same. I can now log in. I had to go through a verification to register the Safari as a trusted device, but I had to do that too when it wasn't working. Now it is working.

I can now login to Chase with Safari 15 on my M1 Mac Mini.

I’m glad you guys got this resolved. My buddy was worried Chase absconded with his money 🤣🤣
