Safari 17.4.1 for Ventura?

I just wanna ask does anyone have a package (.pkg) for ventura? I really tries all the link that I could find but it seems that apple removes them.

Why do you need Safari 17.4.1? The last version of Safari 17 is 17.6 and Safari 18.2 is available for Ventura.
