Safari 17 beta 8 will not install

I've installed every Safari 17 beta for Ventura on my M1 MBP. But I just downloaded beta 8 and i get this error

I thought maybe if I updated to the just-released 13.5.2 it would help, but same error after update. What's up?
 
Try the pkg, it's Safari 17.0 build 18616.1.27.111.19
