Safari 2.0 driving me nuts!

Okay i click on a page and it highlisghts the whole thing blue with NO way to unhighlight it again, as I'm doing a test online I can't just reload the page...
This is SO frigging annoying, worst idea ever.

Well i finished the test fine even though i was looking through a blue haze. It's not like it's actually highlighted (as in command A) it looks as if it is in expose with the light blue rollover, safari has been doing this on and off and its really annoying. Maybe I can find a way to turn it off...
