that is the question.

I'm in australia right now (back home) but sadly on a dialup connection and missing my broadband horrendously. One reason for this is because it seems my safari isn't caching anything at all. Anyone who's used a 33.6kbps connection before can understand that we rely on our cache a lot.

Symptoms:
I got to macrumors.com, go close window, go back to macrumors.com, it takes just as long to load. Same with most pages. Firefox returns to recently visited pages almost instantly.

safari doesnt seem to have any cache settings anywhere?
