safari 3 install issue

Hi,

Thought I'd install Safari 3 but when it comes to Select Destination, there are red exclamation marks on all volumes except my backup partition on an external HD. The Macintosh HD, with 110GB of free space "does not meet the requirements for this update."

Any ideas why I can't install it on my MBP?

Do you still have Safari 2 in your Applications folder?

Ah, okay, so v2 needs to be in the apps folder to update to v3. so it finds v2 in the backup partition and wants to install it there...Thanks.

Yeah. Safari 3 is more of an update than an outright app.
