Safari 3 Not Installing?

I get to the attatched page on the installer and it won't let me go any further.

I do have the minimum system requirements. I have a iMac G5 PPC running OS10.4.9.

So far i have tried restartting, differnt profile.

Any ideas?

Is Safari in /Applications?

Yes version 2 is.

Just making sure you didn't stick it into a subfolder.

I just tried moving Safari 2 out of applications folder but that didn't help
