Safari 3 has the nifty new shaded live text search.
I've found i can get some of Firefox's "Quick Search Links" functionality (usually activated with the single quote key) to hunt down and activate links while command-F searching.
Trouble is, i can only activate the links into (1) new tabs with command-return or (2) into new window behind the current with command-option-return or (3) into a new selected tab with command-shift-return.
Any way to select and open a link with the quicksearch feature in the current tab?
I have full keyboard access enabled, but don't want to Tab over and over to get to links buried in search result pages, etc.
I'm on a dual-core MacBook Pro, so my keyboard is a tad limited.
Any ideas?
Cost-free solutions preferred.
Cheers!
