Safari 4.0.3 Command R not Working

Was wondering if anyone else has the same issue, after updating to 4.0.3 my Command R Keyboard Combo for Reload Page is not working. It works if I select it from the view menu, or the arrow at the end of the URL window but not from the keyboard.
I've tried trashing the Plist File and reseting but no luck....

Also have latest vs of Saft installed but that has never been a prob before.

Hardware =G5 OS=10.4.11
