Hey,

Safari is displaying PDFs in its windows using Adobe, and I prefer the interface that it used to have where when you take the mouse pointer to the bottom of the window a panel of buttons appear, one of which enables you to download the file to the downloads folder.

Preview is set as the default program to open PDFs, so is there any other way to fix this.

Thanks.

Go to:

Macintosh HD —> Library —> Internet Plug-ins

and delete 'AdobePDFViewer.plugin'. Do this with Safari quit, just to be sure.
