Quick Safari 4.0.5 (PPC 10.4) question- is there any way to add more recent searches? The drop down menu only holds ten, I'm hoping to be able to see more. Any help is appreciated, cheers!

There's no UI for this obviously, but it may be controlled by a hidden preference in Safari's plist file. If you have Apple's Xcode installed, it comes with a tool called Property List Editor that lets you graphically view and modify plists. This tool is the way I recommend for discovering hidden preferences in programs. In the event you do NOT have this tool, I can investigate this for you - as I have the tool installed, as well as Safari 4.0.5.

I don't in fact have Xcode installed, so if you would be so good as to look into it, it'd be much appreciated :)

Well darn. I can't seem to find a setting in Safari's property list that controls the number of recent searches to display.
