Safari 4 Beta Download Link?

Awhile back someone had posted a link to an Apple page with a download link to the Safari 4 beta... No DNC account required to view it or anything... By any chance does anyone have the link handy?

I did a whole lot of searching to no avail, otherwise I wouldn't be posting this thread.

nah, you need a dev account but the one for safari is free

Yeah, I knew that, but I am 100% sure the link posted didn't require being logged in to a dev account. I'm just too paranoid to register for one of the accounts, haha.
