Safari 4 beta issues fixed??

Has the issue with hotmail, and msn messenger been fixed on Safari 4.

My sister uses hotmail and msn messenger, so hotmail not working and msn deselecting the chat box was really annoying

I am happily using Adium and Apple Mail.

So have these problems been fixed?

msn messenger might be a bug apple should fix before final.

but hotmail might not be apple's fault. I haven't seen browsers fix a email function issue for certain email service, that wouldn't be effective.
