Safari 4 Beta Problems

I seem to be having problems running S4 Beta on my iMac and my MacBook Pro. Both are previous generation but with S4 I get system slowdowns and S4 hangs and crashes!

However, I've just installed S4 on my Win XP at work and it works like a dream!! What can the problem be?!

Do you have any Input Managers or Mail Bundles installed? If you do you need to remove them before you use Safari 4.

Have a look at some of the early threads on Safari 4 - peoples trials (and their solutions) are well documented there.

Safari oblivion - Firefox to the rescue

My problem and so far have not seen or can find an answer is that when I open Safari, it does not open to the HomePage? Just the last page opened. I have checked the Preferences and ensured that the Home Page is selected. But does not work. Any ideas on this?
