Safari 4 (final): Blue progress bar

Is there a way to restore Safari 4 (4.0.3) to the old blue progress bar through Terminal?

I've found a few different ways to do it but apparently, they only work for the beta version of Safari 4. This is one of the ways I've found: http://www.silvermac.com/2009/safari-4-beta-restore-progress-bar-and-tabs-placement/

I may get used to it one day but I don't like not knowing how far along a page is loading.

I'm using OS X 10.4.11 if that matters.

I think it's impossible. I want tabs-on-top too
