It would be perfect if you could type what you want to search Google with in the address bar and search it like Firefox. Not going to a "page not found" page. Is there an edit for this? I hope, it gets kinda annoying. Thanks.

why not just type whatever you were gonna type in the address bar in the search field? When i make a new tab for a google search, i just hit tab once to move the cursor from address bar to search bar.

Well, I got so used to Firefox, which can do it, it is hard to turn back.

And something else

The Developer Tools Web Inspector... It would be nice if it didn't collapse all the 'un-folded' sections every time you refresh the page. Surely it could be clever enough to 'internally bookmark' what folds were expanded and if those blocks still exist in the 'refreshed' version of the page, go ahead and open them back up again!

it also needs the ability to allow popups based on the site. i know it's a minor thing, but it can be annoying if i forget. otherwise, i'm happy with safari 4.

What do you mean? If anything go get Xmarks so you can keep your bookmarks synced on any computer Mac or Windows.

I mean sort like keep arranged in alphabetical order within folders. Unless I'm missing something, there is currently no way to do this within Safari -- there is a kludgy workaround that you have to do in Finder.

Hahaha. I do know that there is a Google Search Box at the top, but I got really used to Firefox that can do that. I think Safari 4 is really nice though. Guess I will just have to teach myself that way of doing it.:)

Can anyone confirm Glims + Safari 4 working correctly together? I don't want to update without Glims and I have been holding out since I need a download manager and prefer Glims. TKS. :)

Not officially supported, but seems to work ok.

BTW In what sense is Glims a download manager???
