Delete the 'com.apple.Safari.plist' from ~/Library/Preferences and you will be able to rewatch the video. The blue stars pin the websites to the Top Sites page regardless whether you visit it the most or not.

And how do I get sites that I manually put in Top Sites to stay there when I quit Safari and reopen it?

Ya, I thought the pin was for that. You could probably use the pin to keeps sites there. Works for me. Still confused by the star :\. And BTW that link I posted opens the intro vid.

Wonder which sites have changed since your last visit? Sites with a star in the upper-right corner have new content.
