Safari 4 Loading PINWHEEL vs. Safari 3 Loading BAR

I don't know about you guys, but I much preferred the loading BAR in Safari 3 to the loading PINWHEEL in Safari 4.

Anyway, which do you guys prefer?
- Loading Bar
- Spinning Pinwheel

I hated the pinwheel at first, but now I've gotten used to it, so I don't really care.

Yah, I remember the Netscape one and the other old avatar animations but I thought the progress bar was an advancement... The spinning wheel seems to be a step back.

Yah, IE has had a progress bar forever too. I think the integration of the progress bar and URL bar combo but Safari 4 has not progress bar at all.

I liked the bar back when my service was sketchy so I could tell when the connection was stuck. But now I really don't care, I just want the stop button back.

I just used a Terminal entry to set Safari 4 to use the loading bar, so technically I don't know which of your option is true.

It doesn't really matter..

In my experience Safari 4 is so fast it doesn't need a loading bar. The wheel is just fine.

Prefer the loading bar and the old refresh. Changed it back to how it was.
